Aryn is the Yankees’ Vice President – Human Resources, Employment & Labor Law, joining the Club before the start of the 2019 season. Aryn started her career as a management-side labor and employment attorney with Jackson Lewis and Proskauer Rose in New York City and Los Angeles, before spending 7 years as in-house counsel with the Hearst Corporation. In her current role, Aryn provides strategic leadership on workforce matters, labor relations, and employment law. Aryn graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
