LC Lloyd Jr. is a dynamic leader in the gaming and technology sectors, currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner for Xbox at Microsoft. He specializes in leveraging people-focused strategies to empower the business to adapt and thrive in today’s rapidly evolving landscape. Operating at the intersection of human resources, gaming, and artificial intelligence, LC is also the co-founder of Relevance, a digital platform dedicated to increasing exposure across various fronts of the gaming space. Hailing from the South-Side of Chicago, LC is a first-generation college graduate who holds both a bachelor's and master's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
